What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Schedular and Planner position at ASRC Federal?
ASRC Federal is seeking a Scheduling and Planning professional to support the MAVIS NASA program on site in Huntsville, AL.
Key Role:
Support the managing, reporting, and program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) status. Vertical Integration of schedules and managing complex cross-linking of associated files will be critical in this role. Identify early gaps and risk areas to program and work within tight schedule constraints. Candidates will become trusted advisors to Planning and Program Management.
Apply your ability to develop and maintain compliant integrated program schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Use planning tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Open Plan). use familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts (such as critical path analysis, cost/schedule integration, performance metrics, program start-up activities)
Requirements:
10 years planning experience using Open Plan.
Previous EVM experience and experience performing Critical Path Analysis.
Ability to generate performance Metrics (BEI, CEI, SPI, CPLI).
Familiarity with data driven metrics & DCMA audit experience.
Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule.
Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team.
Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention to detail. Self starter, able to operate with minimal guidance
