Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled OSINT Research Support Specialist to support the Army Capabilities Manager – Formations Intelligence (ACM-FI) at the United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) in Fort Huachuca, AZ. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape OSINT capabilities, doctrine, and training, directly supporting Army intelligence missions in a multi-domain operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build Relationships: Collaborate with commanders, staff, and intelligence leaders at formations such as Military Intelligence Brigades (E-MIBs), Intelligence Electronic Warfare Battalions (IEW BNs), and Military Intelligence Companies (MICOs).
Enhance OSINT Integration: Facilitate coordination between Army intelligence formations and USAICoE stakeholders to strengthen OSINT capabilities.
Support Doctrine and Policy Development: Review, revise, and refine OSINT-related doctrinal publications, regulations, and policies.
Drive Capability Development: Work with other Army Capability Managers to identify and develop OSINT requirements and capabilities that align with mission needs.
Inform Strategic Planning: Draft technical and executive summaries from meetings, training events, and operational observations to guide doctrine and strategy.
Support Training Initiatives: Monitor collective intelligence training strategies and coordinate mobile training teams to deliver OSINT-specific instruction.
Participate in Exercises: Assist with the integration of OSINT into wargaming, simulations, and experimentation, and observe its implementation during these events.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree required. Experience may be substituted for education at the rate of three (3) years’ experience for each year of college education.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of OSINT experience, including collection, production, and research, with recent operational experience (within the last three years).
Experience with Publicly Available Information (PAI) analysis techniques and familiarity with DOMEX (document and media exploitation).
Previous assignments at MICO, division, corps, E-MIB, or MIB-T levels.
Technical Skills:
Understanding of DOTMLPF-P capability development and management within TRADOC, USAICoE, or FORSCOM G2.
Familiarity with MI organizational design, TAA processes, Force Design Updates, FMSWeb, and TO&E.
Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative research techniques and draft technical documentation in compliance with AFC TDP, AR 25-50, and JCIDS procedures.
Qualifications:
Completion of OSINT Basic Course (OS301/OS302 or industry equivalent).
Experience with national and service-specific OSINT policies and regulations.
Clearance Requirement
Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon start.
