We are seeking a Project Support Specialist to support a NASA contract in Washington DC.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality customer service to high level executives at NASA Headquarters
- Arrange travel orders for all executives in the A-Suite
- Prepare travel vouchers upon return of travel
- Manage shared calendars on an as needed basis
- Maintain and update electronic files, records, and data
- Individual will proactively interface with all levels of management and other program team members to ensure the Directorate has all levels of administrative support covered.
- Government travel experience/knowledge of government travel systems and regulations required.
- CGE and SAP experience desirable.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Ability to support multiple requirements and requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to interface with various levels of management and systems users.
- Must be proactive and quick to respond to customer requests.
- Team player with positive/can-do attitude at all times.
- Individual should have a strong willingness to be part of a team.
- Individual must meet government NAC and citizenship/permanent residency requirements for access to NASA GSFC. Extensive background investigation will be performed as a requirement of the job
- Bachelor’s degree and four of experience or seven to eight years of experience in lieu of degree.
