ASRC Federal Cyber is seeking a Secure Access Attendant Manager at Fort Greely, Alaska.
The Secure Access Manager and Master Scheduler will plan, schedule, and coordinate projects requiring cleared personnel for oversight at a military site. This role involves collaboration with multiple departments and government organizations to ensure efficient operations that align with mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Management: Oversee the work of Secure Access Attendants and coordinate project schedules.
Schedule Creation: Collaborate with team leaders, managers, and government entities to develop schedules that optimize resource allocation and meet customer needs.
Safety and Security: Enforce safety and security protocols and policies.
Monitoring: Track schedule implementation and evaluate success to enhance processes.
Deadline Enforcement: Ensure adherence to deadlines and schedules.
Issue Resolution: Address demand and capacity challenges effectively.
Staff Coordination: Coordinate the availability of Secure Access Attendants and other personnel.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on key metrics and adjust plans as necessary.
Liaison: Act as a point of contact with government agencies and contractors.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year experience as an armed guard and/or secure access attendant on the Missile Defense Complex
A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing/supervising a team.
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 6-8 years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience.
Experience in preparing and managing schedules.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage security contractors and vendors.
Proven ability to oversee teams of 10 or more individuals.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., AIMS, Microsoft Project or similar).
