ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences (ADS) is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and project management services for real-time, mission-critical defense systems. We are seeking highly motivated Senior Sensors Engineer. This position requires the candidate to have a Secret clearance. This project is in support of the 402d Software Engineering Group (SWEG) at Robins Air Force Base, GA. All work will be performed on base. This is not a remote (work from home) position. The selected candidates will be highly qualified/experienced, able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Secret security clearance
BS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering from an ABET accredited school
Minimum 8 years' experience in one or more of the following areas:
Electronic Warfare
Radar
Electro-Optical / Infrared Sensors
AND
Minimum 3 years’ software development experience in one or more of the following areas:
Java
ASP.net
C#
C
Python
Javascript
AND
Experience with the 2 or more of the following concepts:
DevSecOps Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery Pipelines
Automation (Test, Cyber, Deployment)
Agile Software Development
Microservice Architecture
Cloud Based Design/Development
Object Oriented Programming
Embedded Systems Architecture
Schedule
Facilities are open 6am-6pm - you can work with your customer leadership to set hours
You can flex time during the 2 week pay cycle - avoid using PTO for appointments
A compressed work schedule may be available at the discretion of work center leadership (i.e. 4/10 or 9/80)
