ASRC Federal Mission Solutions is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and project management services for real-time, mission-critical defense systems. We are seeking Systems Engineers to join our team based in Huntsville, AL. As a member of this team you will be an individual contributor supporting the development and qualification of missile defense system hardware and software by assisting with system design, requirements, and testing for C2 and Radar domains. You may support the development of formal and deliverable documentation to meet customer needs and address major milestone entrance/exit criteria. Position is contingent upon contract award.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in STEM related field, and 5 years of related experience• Must have a current active Secret Clearance• Recent experience, or degree, in a Systems Engineering • Understanding of an Agile development environment • Ability and willingness to interact with other team members, teams, products, and customers • Demonstratable, and excellent, written and oral skills• Must be able to support an in-person / closed-area work environment
Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with requirements review, decomposition and certification. • Experience with on an MDA weapons systems• Experience creating briefings and charts • Experience with DOORS• C2 and Radar domain experience desired
