ASRC Federal is seeking a qualified candidate for our SharePoint Content Manager (SharePoint Administrator) to support our PEO Digital customer located at the Washington DC Navy Yard.
POSITION SUMMARY :
- Collect, organize, and manage multiple documents across Navy, Marine Corps Portfolios and Offices including complex customized workflows for PEO Digital Enterprise Services. Conduct daily operation of content administration to include user training and dialog, workflow planning, and automation recommendations. Oversee permission access. Conduct routine scans for presence of material that fall outside the bounds of policy and other PEO Practices. Use of MS Teams on SharePoint platform. Will participate in Digital SharePoint Online and Knowledge Management "clean-up" of dozens of soloed sites. Train end-users on SPO, MS Teams, MS Planner, Office 365, OneDrive, Power Platform Business Intelligence. Create a Business Central Model to simplify improvement and architecture to improve temporary file storage (MS Teams), to a SharePoint Online / Flank Speed format.
