ASRC Federal Mission Solutions is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and project management services for real-time, mission-critical defense systems. We are currently seeking a Training Supervisor.
General Responsibilities :
- Provide oversight and leadership across the organizations training and communications teams.
- Coordinate implementation of training and development organizational goals as defined by senior leadership team.
- Develop Training Plan
- Support organizational business development opportunities and initiatives.
- Provide effective communication to external customer(s) and vendors on all issues affecting training.
- Provide effective communication to internal organizations and collaborate with product leadership to implement engineering organization goals.
- Collaborate on the definition and execution of organization improvements to process and product quality.
- Support evaluations / audits from both internal and external organizations
- Establish, execute, and status an organizational training plan.
- Establish, review, and evaluate course materials.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce training initiatives.
- Develop processes for team use, mentor staff, and train junior team members
- Oversight of university partnership in regard to Master’s Programs.
- Hire, manage, and performance appraise staff.
