Job Summary : Scaffold Builder Helper
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Construct and erect scaffolding structures using diverse materials such as steel, aluminum, or wood, following blueprints, drawings, and specifications meticulously.
- Prioritize safety by ensuring scaffold structures are stable, secure, and capable of supporting workers and materials, strictly adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Regularly inspect scaffolding systems to identify potential hazards, defects, or damage, and perform maintenance and repairs to uphold structural integrity.
- Safely handle and transport scaffolding components, tools, and equipment to construction sites, organizing and storing materials efficiently to maintain workflow.
- Collaborate closely with our construction team, including contractors, supervisors, and other trades, to coordinate scaffold installation and ensure efficient project progress.
- Complete necessary documentation, such as safety reports, equipment logs, and inspection records, to maintain accurate records and demonstrate regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot issues or challenges during scaffold assembly or dismantling, making necessary adjustments or modifications promptly.
- Promote a culture of safety by maintaining a high level of safety awareness throughout all scaffold construction activities, enforcing safety protocols, and fostering a safe working environment.
- Share your expertise by providing guidance and instruction to less experienced scaffold
