We’re searching for a CNC Machinist who wants to grow their career while playing a pivotal role in crafting precision components that provide security to countless people and organizations worldwide. This position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery including CNC and manual machines such as lathes, mill turns with 3-5 axes, and both horizontal and vertical mills. If you have a passion for precision and a dedication to excellence, this is the place for you.
The Successful Candidate Will Have :
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, bolstered by technical certification or vocational training in machining.
- Demonstrable experience in both CNC and manual machining, with a robust understanding of machining operations and principles.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and executing work accurately based on these designs.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and CAD / CAM software, enhancing your machining capabilities.
- The skill to operate various machining equipment with exactness, maintaining precise tolerances.
- An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities to tackle machining challenges head-on.
- Excellent communication skills, both for teamwork and training, coupled with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Flexibility to adapt work hours and willingness to put in extra time when necessary to meet critical deadlines.
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and a general familiarity with Windows environments.
