We are seeking an experienced RPA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in UiPath and Power Automate RPA tools, with a proven track record of delivering successful automation solutions. You will be responsible for leading the RPA initiatives, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement in automation practices.
What you will be doing
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define project scope.
- Conduct feasibility studies and create detailed automation workflows.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for RPA development and implementation.
- Monitor and maintain existing automation processes, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the automation environment.
- Stay updated on RPA trends and technologies, providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all automation activities.
