This position will be on-site based out of our South Central regional manufacturing facility or Service Center located in Mesquite, Texas.

What would you do as our Welding Lead – 2nd Shift?
You’ll be responsible for ensuring quality production, team leadership, and workflow efficiency.
You will also :
- Lead and Train : Coach and develop a skilled welding team to meet production goals.
- Ensure Quality and Accuracy : Oversee welding operations to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize Workflow : Manage scheduling and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate and Solve Problems : Work with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
- Safety First : Maintain and enforce strict safety practices to keep our team safe.
- Hands-On Production : Be ready to jump in and assist with welding and production work when needed.
- Schedule : Help to schedule manpower to ensure on time delivery.
- Other projects as needed
- Maintain a safe and harmonious working environment holding self and others accountable to ASSA ABLOY standards.
- Assure compliance with federal, provincial, local and corporate policies, regulations, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct
