Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing automatic doors and entrance systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine maintenance, providing customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring systems are functioning correctly and safely. The technician will also need to document all service and installation activities accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of automated entrance systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using technical tools and software for diagnostics
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Relevant technical certifications or training are a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for remote work
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education preferred
