Role Summary:
Responsible for analyzing large data sets, ensuring the integrity of supply chain data, and leveraging ERP and forecasting software to drive data-driven decision-making and improve supply chain operations
Specific Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Supports Demand Planning, Forecasting and Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning
- Assist in the development and maintenance of forecasts to support sales demand which drives material requirements planning and master scheduling for multiple sites
- Work closely with supply chain, procurement, sales, customer service, and production teams to ensure seamless operations
- Optimize inventory levels and identify demand and supply imbalances and recommend corrective actions
- Provide data-driven recommendations for inventory replenishment, safety stock levels, and procurement strategies
- Support S&OP process across multiple business functions
- Provides support on process improvement efforts, system enhancements and master data management within the supply chain teams across our multiple plants
- Responsible for the consistent maintenance of system data, ensuring the overall accuracy and integrity of supply chain data.
- Support day-to-day operations by troubleshooting system issues and providing solutions.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and Generate reports and dashboards to support supply chain decision-making.
- Support any ERP software implementation projects as needed
- Develop supply chain or other respective departments standard work instructions
- Provide training to the supply chain team as needed
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
Qualifications
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, or Statistics
- Strong working knowledge of ERP system and proficient with forecasting software
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Capable of creating and running comprehensive reports and KPIs, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Extensive experience with tools such as graphs, pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, Vlookups, flow charts (Microsoft or Visio), and multiple linked files
- Detail oriented, able to ensure quality of report content by spotting and correcting issues in written work product
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different functions and levels
- Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt and learn quickly
