As our Production Supervisor, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Responsibility for day-to-day operations in the production department to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitoring production standards and adjusting schedules to meet deadlines.
- Supervising and evaluating staff performance and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure final product meets company standards.
- Collaborating with other department leads to optimize production processes.
- Ensuring all production documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Facilitating continuous improvement activities.
- Ensuring all safety and health regulations are followed to maintain a safe workplace.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
