Critical Infrastructure (CI) Business Area within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is looking for a dynamic professional to the role of Business Development for ALCEA Colombia.

What you will be doing
- Study the sector of the target market assigned to plan aimed at the areas of security, safety, operation, maintenance and related.
- Make presentations and commercial visits to the areas of operation, security, safety, maintenance and related to identify their needs, propose demonstrations and proofs of concept that make known the benefits that ALCEA generates in the protection of the critical infrastructure and in the operations of the target clients.
- Design value propositions for each client according to their needs.
- Satisfy the needs of the client, through advice on effective solutions, through the products that ASSA ABLOY distributes and markets nationwide, understanding and transmitting as a commercial method the guidelines previously agreed with the Sales Management.
- Generate prospective reports of projects in development, design tactics that guarantee the highest number of business closures and obtain an estimated forecast of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales.
- Management of the Salesforce tool, thus allowing the respective follow-up by the Sales Management.
- Follow up on the delivery times agreed with your customers, related to guarantees, maintenance, and installations.
- Monitor the management and productivity indicators of the process in charge, through the CRM, to guarantee the standards of the organization, as well as establish preventive and corrective actions when necessary.
What we are looking for
Experience:
- In B2B and P2P sales, security sector consultative sales
- Knowledge of Colombia, Peru, Ecuador Critical Infrastructure Market
Competencies:
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt, communicate effectively, and possess solid business acumen
- Commitment to maintaining high standards
- Proactive self-leadership and a focus on achieving goals
- Effective persuasion skills and resourcefulness
- High level of tolerance and resilience
- Proficiency in English language (preferred).
Ability to travel regularly in the region.
