About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Product Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with internal and external customers, as well as vendors, to resolve issues and provide technical support.
You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining cellular layouts, leading and directing meetings with other team members and hourly associates, and developing knowledge and skills in lean manufacturing practices.
Your skills and qualifications should include:
- Working towards BS in Engineering and/or Manufacturing or equivalent
- Lean manufacturing practices (Kanban, Poke-Yoke, JIT, Value Stream Mapping)
- Assembly Operations, Metal Machining processes, and tool design
