The Sustainability Analyst will assist in advancing our sustainability ambitions with a dominant focus on scope three carbon emission reduction goals and other environmental sustainability impact initiatives. This position involves collecting and aggregating data on product weights for different product lines, liaising and assisting engineering and development teams in conducting product lifecycle assessments, using applicable tools for BOM (Bill of Material) analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to gather insights, and assisting in the development of reports for key metrics and supplier responses.

As our Sustainability Analyst you'll support HID's success by :

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for sustainability data
• Conducting lifecycle assessments of products to identify embodied carbon and environmental impacts
• Assisting in preparing reports on key sustainability metrics
• Facilitating comms and collaboration among departments and functions to support data collection needs
• Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Working cross-functionally to deploy and integrate sustainable development
• Supporting training development on sustainability tools and general practices
• Gathering and compiling critical attributes (product weights, material ID's, etc.)
