Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Manager, Brand and Communications, based out of our US corporate office in Tulsa, OK
The primary function of the Manager, Brand and Communications BSPS is to drive brand awareness via professional external & internal communications, tradeshows, literature and other publications in both print and online. This position will ensure consistency of messaging and brand excellence between media, channels and other activities specifically coordinated through Product Management, Marketing, Sales Leadership and other internal functions at BSPS.

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred or relevant industry experience. Master’s Degree is a plus.
Experience:
• Should possess a proven history of brand management and communications through internal and external activities:
• Extensive experience to manage large tradeshows, employee and customer events both functionally and financially while interacting with external suppliers and internal customers.
• Possess examples of managing the entire product launch process from beginning to execution (includes marketing materials, coordination with product management, engineering and sales leadership as well as 3rd party vendors)
• Prior experience managing a vendor pool (graphic design, print procurement, online design, and external industry related publications)
• Ability to interact across departments – Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal, Supply Chain and Operations.
Other:
• Travel required - ( 25%)
Job Duties & Requirement (included but not limited to the following):
• Coordinates all tradeshows and customer events either personally or via the marketing team.
• Develops and maintains a corporate “event” calendar while communicating both internally and externally as is necessary
• Works with Sales Leadership to provide a consistent message / look for internal team members and external customers
• Can work creatively with 3rd party vendors to develop and refine the online and print presence for BSPS within the industry.
• Creates new processes as are needed to drive efficiencies via either technology, cross department interaction or employee development.
• Hires and trains new team members to drive the success of the marketing department.
• Manages and coordinates the activities of 5 team members.
