AGCU is a not-for-profit Credit Union serving the Assemblies of God community locally, regionally, nationally and worldwide. You are a proven leader . You've demonstrated your leadership abilities in several executive management positions in a financial institution and have a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with members, employees and partners. You have vision and excel at developing and implementing long-term strategies and goals to keep the organization on the cutting edge when it comes to service and innovation . You've been deeply involved in leading and managing the overall operations. And you strongly support and foster operational excellence , exceptional member service, financial stewardship, employee collaboration, a staff culture that embodies our core values and mission, and community engagement.

You encourage collaboration and support open communication . You're ethical, approachable, transparen t and genuine . You believe in servant leadership , focusing on serving others rather than seeking power or recognition.
