Assemblix LLC is seeking an experienced Staffing Cordinator (Recruiter) to acquire new talent for our rapidly growing client needs. We need an individual of highly specialized and talented sourcing skills who can keep pace with current growth and create new opportunities for potential candidates seeking job placement.
Our Staffing Coordinator (Recruiter) must have extensive experience working with outside advertising providers, particularly in the warehousing industries. The successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. If you're sharp, professional and goal-oriented, we would like to speak with you about this opportunity.
Staffing Coordinator (Recruiter) responsibilities
- Work with our team and staffing vacancies to identify new talent for job placement
- Review and analyze resumes using our in-house software program and other forums
- Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
- Interview potential candidates using industry-standard techniques
- Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
- Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
- Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
Position Requirements
College education preferred. Compensation negotiable depending on experience.
