Assembly STL is looking for a reliable Field Technician to join our property management team! If you're experienced with general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, tiling, painting, etc.) and enjoy working independently across multiple sites, we’d love to hear from you.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that apartment units and properties are in good condition by performing repairs and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Turning apartments to make them ready for new tenants, including painting, and various repairs.
- Responding to maintenance requests from tenants and performing necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Completing projects assigned by the property manager, such as landscaping, installing appliances, or other projects.
- Inspecting the property and identifying maintenance issues that need attention.
- Ensuring all equipment, supplies, and tools are in good working order and properly stored.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in maintenance or related field.
- Knowledge of basic repairs and maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Ability to use and maintain hand and power tools.
- Must have own set of tools required to perform the job.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Availability to work on-call or weekends, as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferably a car or truck) for travel to and from job sites.
- Must be willing to use their own vehicle for work-related travel.

This is a full-time role during normal working hours, Monday through Friday. Our properties are locate within the city limits, primarily in the South City area. Competitive pay commensurate with experience. Role is eligible for paid vacation time and other benefits at the conclusion of a 90-day probationary period.
