Assertive Professionals is seeking a Integration Support Project Manager supporting our National Security Customer at Quantico, VA.
This a a proposed position that should be awarded by 1 February. We will be offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus or reimbursable relocation, $1,200 compliance bonus, and competitive salary.

Responsibilities Include:
The Program/Project Manager for Program Integration Support provides essential management and oversight to coordinate and integrate efforts across projects within the Industrial Security Programs, Plans, and Strategy Division (PPS). This position involves working with leadership, stakeholders, and other project managers to align efforts, mitigate risks, and ensure the successful delivery of integrated program outcomes.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI
- Senior: Masters Degree; 5 years of specialized experience
- Mid: Bachelors Degree; 3 years of specialized experience
- Ability to summarize complex information for executive-level consumption and break down details for requirements owners' understanding and use.
- Proficient in developing, maintaining, and facilitating the utilization of artifacts that document government requirements and understanding.
- Able to provide program integration labor to support the Industrial Security Programs, Plans, and Strategy Division (PPS), including the Project Management Branch (PMB) and the System Management Branch (SMB).
- Able to leverage program integration best practices and coordination with project managers and stakeholders to perform portfolio analysis, assessing interdependencies for risks to cost, schedule, and scope.
- Able to monitor and track key DoD-level initiatives across the Industrial Security mission, providing status updates on team task execution, schedules, and risk/issue resolution.
- Able to consult with leadership to solicit and provide critical updates, coordinate information, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to consolidate project schedules across PPS, PMB, and SMB to establish an integrated Industrial Security outcome delivery/capability portfolio.
- Able to provide PPS support and coverage at Directorate and Agency functions as directed.
- Able to identify administrative needs and developing appropriate solutions, including tracking key milestones, creating agendas, compiling meeting documents, streamlining office operations, and maintaining organization while building stakeholder relationships.
- Able to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis throughout the development lifecycle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
