Assertive Professionals is seeking a Requirements Process Specalist supporting our National Security Customer at Quantico, VA.
This a a proposed position that should be awarded by 1 February. We will be offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus or reimbursable relocation, $1,200 compliance bonus, and competitive salary.

Responsibilities Include:
The Business Process Specialist (BPS) supports the development and implementation of requirements by gathering, organizing, and documenting technical and administrative information. This role ensures smooth communication between stakeholders and project teams, providing critical support in tracking requirements and updating documentation throughout the lifecycle. The BPS also assists in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of specialized experience
- Ability to summarize complex information for executive-level consumption and break down details for requirements owners' understanding and use.
- Proficient in developing, maintaining, and facilitating the utilization of artifacts that document government requirements and understanding.
- Able to gather requirements for specific applications and epics/user stories, including planning, scheduling, and communicating with stakeholders and users to ensure controlled deployment to production environments with minimal risk.
- Able to document all knowledge and activities within DI2E JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms to support project requirements.
- Able to track changes in requirements and facilitate communication with stakeholders throughout the engineering lifecycle.
- Able to develop documentation describing component build, installation, and configuration processes.
- Able to document requirements, including submission, validation, evaluation, and determination.
- Able to effectively communicate System Requirements Evaluation Team (SRET) recommendations to Leadership.
- Able to submit proposed suggestions and solutions to the System Requirements Evaluation Team (SRET).
- Able to solicit feedback from the requirements management team and communicate justifications provided by the SRET.
- Able to provide transparent tracking of requirements with accurate status updates and changes.
- Able to maintain system requirements tools for centralized and automated gathering of formal suggestions for system improvements or new features.
- Able to maintain reporting and documentation throughout the Requirements Submission and Review lifecycle, tracking and reporting final status of all submissions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
