- Assessment & Treatment Alternatives (ATA) is looking for a bilinguql individual who can assist families whose child is receiving Behavioral Health treatment. The Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional service and support to our clients and their families. This position involves providing direct services to children and families in the community. You will assist families to navigate the Behavioral Health system providing information about services and facilitating communication between clients and the treatment team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a background in the Behavioral Health field.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information regarding services and programs available to them.
- Assist clients in communication issues
- Maintain records and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with insurance inquiries and coordinate with insurance providers as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support the administrative team in various tasks as needed to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent spanish
- Previous experience with Behavioral Health services and the issues facing families navigating this system.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client service.
- Proficient in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
