We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations of our residential community. Key Responsibilities:
Resident Relations & Customer Service:
Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly.
Foster a positive and welcoming environment within the community.
Assist with resident retention efforts, including renewal processes and community engagement initiatives.
Handle complaints and conflict resolution professionally to ensure resident satisfaction.
Leasing & Marketing:
Support leasing efforts by conducting property tours and explaining lease terms to prospective residents.
Assist with marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, including social media engagement and community events.
Ensure all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Financial & Administrative Duties:
Process rent payments, late fees, and other financial transactions.
Assist in preparing monthly reports, budgets, and financial records.
Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Help manage vendor relationships, work orders, and property maintenance schedules.
Property Operations & Maintenance:
Conduct property inspections to ensure community standards are met.
Work with the maintenance team to address repairs and upkeep in a timely manner.
Assist in enforcing community rules and lease policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years in property management, leasing, or a related field (preferred).
Education: High school diploma required; college degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi) is a plus.
Ability to handle financial transactions and administrative tasks accurately.
Other: Ability to work some weekends or evenings as needed.
