What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Care Specialist position at Asset Living?
We're seeking a detail-oriented Community Care Specialist to join our team at Asset Living. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including common areas and individual units.
Your duties will include responding to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner, performing routine maintenance tasks, and assisting with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance-related turn events. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records regarding service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, preventative maintenance, apartment make-ready status, and work in progress.
