Leasing Consultant Job Description
The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. This includes showing, leasing, and moving in prospective residents, conducting market surveys, maintaining model units, generating new leads, and increasing property traffic and achieving leasing goals. The consultant will also provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness, and project a favorable image of the community.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical demands of the job include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
