What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Technician position at Asset Living?
Your Role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out maintenance processes at our property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community maintenance
- Responding to resident/management requests and work orders
- Ensuring all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units
- Assisting with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events
- Daily clean up of exterior community areas
- Performing swimming pool maintenance and cleaning
- Inspecting grounds, buildings, and other community features daily
- Maintaining a preventative maintenance program
- Understanding and following Asset key policy
