What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floating Maintenance Supervisor position at Asset Living?
This role will oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties and ensure the upkeep of community common areas, units, and grounds. The Maintenance Supervisor will work closely with the Community Manager to supervise assigned staff and vendors, maintain safety standards, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. They must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement.
