What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Professional position at Asset Living?
At Asset Living, we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our community maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and repair of our properties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. This will involve working under the supervision of our Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure that all repairs and replacements necessary for our community common areas and units are completed in a timely manner.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of our communities while minimizing future repairs. Additionally, you will be required to perform daily inspections of our grounds, buildings, and other community features to identify, minimize and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18 per hour to $21 per hour, as well as a comprehensive total rewards package that includes benefits, 401K with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses when applicable. Full-time employees also receive paid sick days and company holidays.
