AMCS is looking for a well experienced Asst. Property manager to help cover a fast paced office in our Myrtle Beach SC Area. Plantation Apartments is an affordable/section 8 community. The right person must have 3 years experience on an Affordable property. Must be fast on her feet, good working knowledge of the computer, outlook, word, excel, etc. Must also be great with people and know how to help your manager handle 100 unit property. Intensive experience with Realpage Onesite software, Ops Tech software is required. Reliable transportation a must. AMCS is a great company that offers great benefits such as 401K, health and dental.
