- AMCS/Spanish Oaks is looking for an experienced Asst. Manager to help run the beautiful Spanish Oaks Apartments in Charleston SC. Must be quick on his/her feet, good working knowledge of the computer (Outlook, Word, Excel). We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in property management. Experience with Realpage software, (onesite and ops technology is required for this position.) Looking for someone with a great personality and great customer service skills.
