AMCS is a moderately sized, locally owned company seeking a full time Property Manager for 2 Affordable/section 8 properties, one in Perrytown FL and the other in Madison FL.  You will be supported by a full time Asst. Manager and full time maintenance technician at each property.

To be a successful candidate you must have excellent written and oral communication skills and a high energy personality that enjoys leasing, and resident and prospect contact. The property currently uses industry software that includes;  Realpage OPS technology, and Onesite Leasing and Rents. Five or more working years experience in the Affordable property management field as well as familiarity with these software formats is required. Must be familiar with Section 8 properties, TRACS/HAP's. Must be able to delegate and communicate well with staff. The ideal candidate will be compensated commensurate with experience and be eligible for the full benefit and vacation packages that are currently offered by AMCS.
