- Proficiency in Coordinating Property Inspections and Maintenance
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
- Superb Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
- Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Proficiency with Property Management Software is beneficial
