Overview

San Diego based Financial Services Organization is looking for a self-motivated, high-energy individual to recruit and cultivate financial advisors to become outstanding business owners by introducing them to proprietary products and personalized services offered by our company.

As an Associate Sales Consultant you will be responsible for recruiting Financial Advisors from warm lead lists using phone calls, digital platforms and video campaigns. Under the direction of a Senior Sales Business Consultant, you will learn how to motivate advisors to go from good to great with unlimited upside potential!

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate new revenue for the company by recruiting new independent financial advisors and by growing sales from assigned existing advisors
  • Develop marketing funnels and maintain target lists of top prospects for recruiting
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Consultants and Marketing Team to develop on-boarding processes, marketing plans, sales ideas, and industry trends to grow newly recruited advisors
  • Coach advisors on best practices that move financial advisors from good to great business owners
  • Collect critical data on all assigned accounts and lists in Sales Force CRM to drive decision making
  • Possess and continue to develop a strong working knowledge of the core carrier product portfolio of fixed and fixed indexed annuities
  • Actively participate in recruiting, training, and industry related events while maintaining a consistent corporate image
  • Participate in live training events and webinars as needed
  • Other duties as may be assigned

  • Good time management with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment
  • Ability to grasp financial concepts
  • Knowledge of digital, social media, and funnel prospecting
  • Insurance license for life and annuities
  • Sales experience preferred

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • 3-5 years experience with proven track record of achievement in a sales organization, preferably in the insurance or financial industry

Location – San Diego, CA (not remote)
