We are searching for a servant inspired professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. To be successful in this role you must be organized, detailed oriented for data entry and comfortable making phone calls to companies and individuals. In addition, you will contact potential clients for setting up appointments and following up on individuals who still require scheduling their requested appointments. Growth opportunity for client servicing as well.
This role is a part-time non-exempt position, works from our Greensboro, North Carolina office and reports to Stephen Walters, Chief Executive Officer.
Essential Job Functions:
-Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and insurance carriers
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
-Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or questions
-Contribute to team goals and ability to work independently
-Ability to lift a maximum of 30 pounds, seminar materials
Primary Responsibilities:
-Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
-Perform data in the CRM system
-Monitor, track and follow up on fund transfer transactions with a variety of carriers
-Communicate directly with carrier via calls and emails to assure paperwork and funds are transferring within the required timeline
-Communicate status updates to clients
-Ensure that transaction timeline is executed in accordance with the client’s expectations
-Learn and implement all company polices
Qualifications:
-High school degree or higher
-Proven working experience in similar roles
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
-Professional appearance
-Solid communication skills both written and verbal
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues
-Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure

Compensation & Benefits
Job Type: Part-Time $16.50-17.50/hour
Compensation package:
· Variable incentives: $25 for setting up the first appointment and the prospect attending; $50 per completed application accepted in good order.
Weekly schedule:
· Monday to Friday with flexible hours, Weekends as needed for events
