- Learn and operate our proprietary internet-based accounting and performance reporting solution.
- Work collaboratively with clients, team members, and resources across the company (globally) to achieve desired results.
- Continue internal education, training and certifications to stay ahead of an evolving financial industry landscape by learning and contributing to new product releases.
- Ownand address client needs and product issues from inception to resolution.
- Maintain and create detailed documentation through logging of support cases, e-mail and knowledge base articles for client and internal use.
- Communicate with clients in a proactive, consultative & professional manner.
- Deliver training and support to clients on accounting and performance reporting.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution
- Finance/Accounting experience preferred
- Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Superior troubleshooting and analysis / resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and convey client business requirements to senior level resources for escalation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- WebEx or other online meeting tools preferred
