The Job/What You'll Do:
As a Full Stack Developer at AssetMark, you will play a crucial role in developing, testing, and maintaining both existing and new applications, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems. You will closely collaborate with the solution architect, other developers, product owners, QA testers, fellow team members, and other development teams.
We can consider candidates for this position who can accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our Atlanta, GA, office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement code for front-end and back-end systems, leveraging cutting-edge Azure cloud computing technologies.
- Participate in the design and documentation process for each sprint and release deliverable.
- Analyze user stories, provide the level of effort estimates, and appropriately size stories.
- Apply Object-Oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD) principles in your development work.
- Follow Agile Scrum methodology and participate in corresponding ceremonies.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving defects.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance solutions and meet client needs.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Adopt new and emerging technologies to provide solutions to client needs.
- Participate in various Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
- Perform code review sessions with the development team to improve the quality of the system and the processes developed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in SQL Server (DB Design, Query Optimization, Indexing).
- Experience with PostgreSQL DB and integration with .Net Core.
- Design and develop using .Net framework, .Net Core, C#, REACT, and Typescript.
- Hands-on experience using REACT.
- Hands-on experience developing Azure Cloud Computing resources such as App Services, Function Apps, AKS, Logic Apps, Storage Accounts, etc.
- Hands-on experience using Kafka, Service Bus, Event Hub, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Proficient in Source Code management systems, especially Git and Azure DevOps.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new technology concepts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed architecture team and deliver timely results.
- Excellent communication skills.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent formal training/experience.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Information Technology supporting complex projects using .Net and Azure cloud technologies.
Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $105,000-$115,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
