We provide investment, relationship, and practice management solutions that advisors use to help clients achieve wealth, independence, and purpose.The Job / What You'll Do : To be successful in this role, you should have basic knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You will act as a member of the design team, promoting our brand through high quality design and delivering creative assets on time, sometimes under tight deadlines.We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our Concord, CA office.Responsibilities : Manage workload and creative projects from concept to completion, communicating with all necessary in-house teams to keep projects on schedule to meet delivery deadlinesClosely collaborate with other creatives to ensure that the look and feel meets the needs of the project, while also ensuring the brand is applied consistentlyProvide proficiency in the development, design, and coordination of brochures, presentations, brand, marketing, and digital design projects and materialsRefine images, fonts, and layouts as neededReview and update materials as needed ensuring alignment to the established brand standards.Manage and design PPT presentations in line with AssetMark brand standardsPresent on project outcomes and learnings at the end of internshipOther projects as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, MS PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelA design portfolio with diversity of projects withinAbility to brainstorm with other teammates regarding the visual display of information is preferredStrong work ethic and ability to manage own time and take initiative is preferredEducation & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing or related field; OR equivalent work experiencePreferred minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scaleInternship Details : Hourly wage : $17.00 per hourInternship Duration : June 9th - August 15thCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered.
