The Event Coordinator will assist in the planning, organization, and execution of in-person tradeshows, conferences and digital webinar and podcast events under the supervision of the Event Manager. This entry-level position is designed for someone who is looking to start a career in event management and is eager to learn and grow professionally. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, diligent, and have a keen interest in event planning. This individual will need to be detail-oriented and look to find the right mix of efficiency and effectiveness.
What You'll Do :
- Assist the Event Manager in all aspects of project planning and coordination.
- Attend events to provide on-site support, set-up and tear-down and managing participants and addressing inquiries.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers under the guidance of the Event Manager.
- Manage correspondence and provide administrative support related to event organization.
- Creation, promotion, and hosting of digital events including webinars and podcasts.
- Help in creating promotional materials and event-related content.
- Assist in the evaluation of events and the preparation of reports on outcomes including cleaning leads.
