We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Systems Support Analyst to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT systems across the organization. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by assisting end-users, resolving technical problems, and supporting system enhancements.
What You'll Do :
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls through EntraAD and other IT management tools.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures in the IT ticketing system.
- Assist with system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Provide guidance and training to users on IT best practices and system usage.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and data protection standards.
