Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Content Marketing Intern to help us continue to bring our marketing efforts to life. The Content Marketing Intern will report to the Marketing Director for AssetWorks and collaborate with other teams within the AssetWorks umbrella, including two tuck-in businesses, SoftChalk and WebCheckOut. A little peak behind the curtain on the team: Our team has the flexibility to be very hands-on, which means you will have a direct hand in influencing marketing tactics and organizational success. You'll also be able to learn from your team members and leaders in any of the 213 businesses under the Volaris Group umbrella. Core Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with the Marketing Director to create, implement, and execute marketing strategies for AssetWorks and SoftChalk. Content creation and management, including but not limited to social media posts, blog posts, datasheets, and email content for AssetWorks, SoftChalk, and WebCheckOut. Load content into appropriate systems (Hubspot, WordPress, Social Platforms) Update outdated content on the website and blog to align with best practices and SEO Assist in the execution of digital events (Webinars, User Conferences)—setting up virtual event platforms, landing pages, emails, and maintaining attendee data. Collaborate with several cross-functional teams, such as sales, professional services, product management, and customer care team members, to deliver consistent messaging and branding across all activities and departments. Work and partner with third-party vendors (Design, Content, Digital consultants/agencies) to ensure consistent branding and digital requirements. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other relevant post-secondary education (Either completed or in the process of pursuing) Some content/copywriting experience (examples appreciated) Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented and analytical Ability to manage multiple projects (strong project management skills) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Don't think you meet every requirement?
