We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Daycare Director to oversee the daily operations of our childcare facility. As a leader in early childhood education, you'll create a safe, nurturing environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of young children.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a secure and supportive environment for children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote early childhood development
- Manage classroom activities, including toddler and infant care, while maintaining a structured routine
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, providing updates on children's progress and addressing concerns
Requirements:
- , with a focus on toddler care and classroom management
- High school diploma or equivlant
- MUST OBTAIN A CHILDCARE LICENSE
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement age-appropriate programs
- First aid certification and experience with special education (preferred)
