- Provide care and assistance to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Light housekeeping, laundry, assistance with light exercise, and groceries.
- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed instructions.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure resident safety and well-being by following established protocols and procedures.
- Promote and uphold resident rights and dignity at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
- Assist with meal preparation, serving, and feeding as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs.
- Proficient in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including lifting and transferring residents if needed.
- Basic knowledge of medication administration procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
