Qualifications
CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, HHA, Home Health Aide and Caregiver Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the care team while delivering precise, consistent care.
- Provide essential personal care, including bathing, showering, toileting, hygiene, and grooming.
- Use transfer skills, including stand-pivot transfers, Hoyer lifts, and gait belts.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Have a reliable vehicle, active auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Able to lift at least 55 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
Salary : $16 - $18
