Location : Canoga Park
Hours : Mon-Wed 7am to 3pm
Pay : $28 / hr with benefits offered if you work an average of 30 hrs a week
Other shifts available in San Fernando Valley, Day and Night, 12 hour shifts.

What you will do :
This is shift work. Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health nursing services. Communicate with RN Case Manager and physician, as appropriate, on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient's condition and / or needs. You will assist the RN and / or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties. Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care.
