We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregivers/Personal Assistant to provide support to the elderly. Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients with mobility, including lifting and transferring when necessary.
- Monitor and record vital signs as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Support individuals in engaging with their communities and participating in social activities.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive information.
- Provide direct support in accordance with individual care plans.
Skills
- Experience in caregiving or direct support roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.
