*Overview* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Services and admissions coordinator to join our team. You will Collaborate with social work professionals/ and our Director of Nursing to address resident needs effectively *Requirements* - Experience or certification in personal care for elders, social work, or LPN or related fields is preferred - Knowledge of medication administration and long-term care /Assisted Living practices - Ability to work effectively with seniors- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team - Understanding of home and community care systems.
Serves as the primary Liaison with the residents and their families
Coordinates Admissions and Discharge planning
Responsible for Compliance with the Executive office of Elder Affairs
Assess and assist to update care plans with the RN
Primary Marketing of the organization
Will Need Excellent communication skills
Counseling and strong problem solving skills
Detail oriented ,strong documenting/Record Keeping abilities
Previous Marketing experience is helpful
Performs other duties as delegated and assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
