Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team and provide quality care to our residents. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to work across all shifts to ensure consistent, round-the-clock care.
Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the appropriate staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Assist with meal service.
- Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
- Support a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
Skills
- Previous caregiving experience (in a facility or home setting) preferred.
- Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to lift, move, and support residents as needed.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
